Our Lewes studio is located inside Quest Fitness at the Village of Five Points. Clients train in a full-apparatus Pilates studio and can choose from private, duet and group reformer training. The location is convenient for seasonal visitors to maintain a solid connection to Pilates. Trainers also challenge local clients to improve their Pilates skills. In addition, group mat classes are offered at 10 a.m. Wednesday and Saturday as well as 6 p.m. Thursday.
Trainers
Charissa Hines
Charissa Hines is a certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer who specializes in Pilates training. Additionally she holds certifications in cycling and senior fitness, and has been teaching fitness for over 17 years. She received most of her training in Seattle and North Carolina. Charissa has a business degree, however fitness is her first love. She has been the fitness coordinator at two facilities, and is training in the Ki-Hara method of resistance stretching as well as aerial yoga. Augmenting the differing Pilates apparatus with BOSU, foam roller and functional fitness techniques provide for a thorough strength and cardio workout.
Stephanie Magee (sp)
Stephanie has been active her entire life competing in gymnastics, track and
cross country. She has been in the fitness industry for 14 years. She is
certified in pilates, group fitness, personal training, kickboxing, cycling and
teaches kettlebell and bootcamp. Stephanie live in Milton with her husband and
three kids.
Nonnie/Nancy Hawkins Rigg
Nancy is the master trainer as well as founder and owner of Forever Fit Foundation. She is certified in Pilates, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Yamuna Body Rolling, Il-Khara resistance stretching and Muscle Activation Technique or MAT . She has been working in the fitness industry for 28 years. A certified athletic trainer, she earned her bachelors degree from the University of Delaware and her master’s degree in exercise science and sports medicine from Miami University in Ohio. Once upon a time, she was a national, world and American champion powerlifter. She is forever committed to continuing professional education. What this means is that she is able to train clients who want to get in shape, come back from an injury and/ or take their fitness to the next level.
Tina Hollinger
Tina Hollinger is a Certified Athletic Trainer with more then 12 years experience working in physical therapy and athletic training facilities. Before moving with her husband and two daughters to Lewes, Tina worked for Christiana Care Therapy Plus in the out-patient Physical Therapy clinic. One of her many responsibilities, was to design programs for patients with lumbar and cervical spine injuries, utilizing the therapeutic ball and the foam roller. She has been teaching Pilates for Forever Fit Foundation since 2004. She enjoys instructing clients in Mat and Group Reformer classes as well as training individuals in apparatus Pilates.
