Location, location, location. This studio is located just over the Delaware line in picturesque Chadds Ford, Pa. The full-apparatus studio is serene and calming thanks to the natural light flowing through large windows. Clients can work out in a full-apparatus Pilates studio. They can also train in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Yamuna Body Rolling or experience a massage, Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching, or Muscle Activation Technique. A Pilates mat class is available at 10 a.m. Tuesdays.

Trainers

Nonnie/ Nancy Hawkins Rigg

Nancy is the master trainer as well as founder and owner of Forever Fit Foundation. She is certified in Pilates, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Yamuna Body Rolling, Il-Khara resistance stretching and Muscle Activation Technique or MAT . She has been working in the fitness industry for 28 years. A certified athletic trainer, she earned her bachelors degree from the University of Delaware and her master’s degree in exercise science and sports medicine from Miami University in Ohio. Once upon a time, she was a national, world and American champion powerlifter. She is forever committed to continuing professional education. What this means is that she is able to train clients who want to get in shape, come back from an injury and/ or take their fitness to the next level.


Suzana Zarnescu

Suzana has been in the pilates field for well over 10 years. Starting out practicing pilates as a ballet dancer, then obtaining full certification in mat and equipment. Suzana’s passion extends to many realms of bodywork. Her diverse background in pilates, ballet and as a certified massage therapist affords her the ability to meet all of her clients’ needs. Currently, Suzana is continuing her massage training in the field of trigger point massage therapy, advanced myoskeletal alignment techniques and clinical thai massage modalities in order to more effectively address and treat her clients’ injury issues. It is her sincere desire to help all clients enhance and restore their bodies natural state while honoring their physical and mental well being.


Susan Beamish

Susan Beamish began her fitness career when the choices for group fitness were limited to high impact aerobics. Since then, the types of classes that have been developed have made fitness accessible to a wider group of people. She was able to incorporate many of the fun aspects of group fitness into her personal training style. Motivating clients to stay on track in order to achieve their goals requires patience and a true passion for fitness. She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor,  an ACE certified personal trainer and a Stott certified pilates instructor. She has been with Forever Fit Foundation for four years and is committed to providing excellent services to clients for years to come.
